BJ's surgery started about 30 minutes ago and will take around 3-5 hours. Once his surgery is over, the doctors will be taking little Jayden off of ECMO. He will still be on the oscillating ventilator, but the doctors do not expect that to be enough. Please, PLEASE continue to pray desperately for Jayden and his family, that God would be comforting their hearts and minds today. Pray for miracles all around the PICU wing of St. V's. Many are hurting today.

Have been continuously praying for BJ and will hold Jayden's family up to the Lord. We all know that He is able to do miraculous things. May Jayden receive the miracle he so desperately needs and may Our God comfort and bless his family.

Lord,
I come to you lifting BJ up to you. Be with him through this procedure.
I pray that this medical staff will be your healing instruments and that you give them the skill to accomplish what needs to be done.
Please be with Brent and Deanna as they wait. I know that this must be incredibly hard on them and they can use your strength. Please provide them with a peace that only you can give.
We are thankful, Lord, for all that you have done and all the prayers that you have answered so far. Your ways are not our ways and I sometimes have a hard time comprehending your ways, but I know that you love BJ and will take care of his needs. It is this knowledge that carries me through difficult times. Thank you for your love and faithfulness.

Thank you, Jesus, that both BJ and Jayden are in your hands. I can only imagine how hard it is for the parents whose children are in the PICU, but I thank you that these children are in Your care. I pray that Your peace will cover St. V's today, and that those who do not know You will feel that peace and know it is from You. I pray that parents and family members will come to know You at this time.
