Good afternoon!
I just got back from visiting with the Higgins at St. V...spirits and moods were very encouraging and uplifting to me! BJ had an uneventful night last night while his oxygen level is slowly elavating. They performed a successful minor procedure last night to adjust a line to help his oxygenation process and successfully exchanged a tube on his venalator this morning. Although the news was good today, now is not the time to relax on our prayer efforts. They are still in the first week of a 2-3 week stay.

1. Continue to pray for the doctors as they monitor BJ's recovery and continue to search for answers of the source of his difficulties.
2. Pray that BJ's body will rest and continue to fight off the infection and that his body will begin to heal itself.
3. Pray for Brent, Deanna, Lauren, and Whitney as they get some much needed rest.
4. Pray for opportunities for the Gospel to be shared with doctors, nurses, and visitors while at St. V.
5. Pray that God would receive all the glory, honor, and praise for the healing of BJ and the sustaining power that he has poured on the
rest of the family.

Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their efforts. For if either falls, his companion can lift him up, but pity the one who falls without another to lift him up. Ecc 4:9-10 Thank you for constantly lifting the Higgins family up! Keep lifting and keep focused!
