Bj had a restful night. His Cvvh machine (pulls impurities out of the blood) clotted off 3 times. It is uncertain what they are going to do about that right now. They have not restarted it again. Consequently, his swelling will increase.

I met the vascular surgeon who will mend Beej's veins when the canulas are removed. It cannot be done yet as he cannot have Heprin for a couple more days (due to the chest procedure and potential bleeding). He said the surgery to repair his vein works about 50% of the time, and clotting will be a concern.

His numbers remain stable and we are so very grateful!

Have a blessed service...lift your hands to the Lord with Thanksgiving for his miracles!!

18I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. 19The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. 20For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope 21that[i] the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God.
22We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. 23Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. 24For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? 25But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.

26In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. 27And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's will.

More Than Conquerors
28And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him,[j] who[k] have been called according to his purpose. 29For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. 30And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.
31What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? 33Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34Who is he that condemns? Christ Jesus, who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. 35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36As it is written:
"For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered."[l] 37No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[m] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Of this I am certain......the Hand of Our God is very present and guiding the doctors tending BJ. There are NO surprises with God. His plan for BJ remains!!!! Take your strength from these scriptures and while we go to worship this morning our every thought and every prayer will be for BJ's total and complete restoration. We LOVE you!!!

As a parent, I can not imagine the pain that is in your heart for your son BJ but I know that God will supply all of your needs. So thankful for a good night's rest and we will continue to lift BJ up in prayer for more miracles to occur as he goes through each new process to recovery. Keep the faith and be encouraged. Our Lord is in control and it amazes me how He has shown His glory over and over. What a witness to the medical staff. Take care and God Bless you and your family in a mighty way.

Dear BJ and his family,
My name is Tara Ryan. I am a friend of Ashley Reagan's sister. I am a Freshman at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. I just wanted you to know that Emily Reagan and I have made efforts to post information about BJ's condition around the campus. People have already spread the word to pray for BJ. We know that you dont know us, but we are on bended knees for you. I have no doubt that the Lord is bigger than this and His will will be done. BJ is blessed beyond measure to have a family that gives praise to the Father even through the darkness. Continue to hold steadfast to the Word of God and we will continue to steadfastly pray for BJ here at OBU. MAY GOD BLESS YOU!

I'm praying for BJ... and for you, his family. I've spent my share of time in hospitals and they are no fun. May God shine so bright in the wing of the hospital that you are in that even the nurses and doctors have to wear sunglasses :) God is working... even when it's hard to see.

Isaiah 40:28-31
The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Praying for you & BJ.

Just keep remembering God's love for your son and your family as you go through this trial. I am praying for you all, for BJ's healing if it is God's will, and for your peace as you await the outcome.
This was my devotional verse a week ago, and I'd like to leave it with you.

Romans 9:35-39 35 "Can anything seperate us from the love Christ has for us? Can troubles or problems or suffering or hunger or nakedness or danger or violent death?
36 "As it is written in the scriptures: For you we are in danger of death all the time....
37 But in all these thnigs we have full VICTORY through GOD who showed his love for us.
38 "Yes I am sure that neither death, no life, nor angels, nor ruling spirits, nothing now, nothing in the future, no powers,
39 nothing above us, nothing below us, nor anything else the whole wrld will ever be able to seperate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Be assured that BJ is in the hands of our Almighty God. Keep praying, keep your spirits up, and know that no matter what happens, you have people who love you and are praying for BJ.
May God bless you and keep you.

It sounds like BJ is a great person too! How old is BJ??? I will continue to pray for a full recovery for BJ. All my love! Marcie

BJ is on my prayer list. I try to stop in each busy day to share my prayers in a special way for him with God about BJ.
We always seem to want a "quick" fix to everything, but God knows best and sometimes asks us to accept his will in a patient manner.
I am sure God is carrying BJ in his loving arms as he recovers.
