Still no word on ECMO removal. They have read his morning x-ray. His left lung has not opened up enough yet to be able to function, and is still fluid filled. They are talking of doing a bronchoscope through his breathing tube to get as much fluid out as possible.

Please pray that they are able to successfully assist his lung to re-opening. We are anxiously awaiting word on ECMO...I know you are too.

Thank you Jesus for the scores of prayer warriors! You have blessed us through them!

BJ has affected so many lives by being in that hospital bed...even though we don't all know BeeJ, we all love him...and we're pullin for him. May God fill that place to an overflow of His mercy and grace until the time when He shows His will.

We are praying for the healing of the lungs and a successful bronchoscopy procedure to remove the fluid. It is definitely a "take it one step at a time" type of day. Will be praying for your strength and patience as this day progresses, and will pray for BJ's strength and ability to adjust to all the changes that will occur today. You are constantly in our thoughts and prayers. Love you all..
Love, Nancy

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Phil. 4:6-7
Oh Dear Jesus,
We are so thankful for the obstacles BJ has overcome thus far. We request that his lung begin to inflate fully as the fluid is removed, thus bringing significant improvement. You orchestrate it ALL and we know that you are a MIGHTY God and that nothing is too difficult for you. Afterall, you spoke the universe into existence. We love you Jesus and we lift BJ up to you right this very moment. May the next time I check this site, reflect incredible news that is only of you and will reflect your glory and your sovereignty!
In Jesus' Name,
Amen

It amazes me that as I read some of these requests I have just prayed them myself. That is the Holy Spirit at work in the Body of Christ. I rejoice that we are united and thank God that He continues to hear and answer the prayers being lifted to Him. To God be the glory, great things He has done, is doing, and will contiue to do. May He continually bathe you in His love, peace, and all sufficient grace.

Lord,
we thank you so much for all the knowledge & skill you have blessed the doctors with to be able to help BJ through this time of illness and healing. Father we pray that you would protect BJ. Lord, open up his lung and stop the fluid build-up so he gets better quicker. Father, we pray for complete healing. We pray for you to glorify your name through this situation. You have grasped the attention of people all over the world, now show them your salvation, show them your power, show them your healing. In the name of Jesus we pray.... amen
